group three state championship. Yes.

They're a pretty good team and we're
very proud of them since the getgo.
They've been so awesome and they so much
to our community.

with all the student which I present. I
enter Atlanta throughout the years. I
have won a number of titles and
championships as followed.

So when you get your
stand

>> I mean maybe they
>> all right. Uh, first I want to say thank
you guys to everyone. Um, I've probably
said it time and time again, but um, you
know, what this community has done for
all of us uh, has been incredible
throughout the whole ride. It was
awesome because we were able to play uh,
three home playoff games. We were
obviously able to win a sectional
championship in a part city and I
thought that was important and you know
I I I talked about it um, after we won
at Metife. Um, what we did here as a
community is is so uncommon. Um but the
support that you guys have given us um
throughout, you know, not just this
year, but in years prior and and and
what we've built in this in this town
has been incredible. So I I can't I
can't thank you guys enough uh for all
the support. Um those two standing over
there uh are are special. That's that's
French von right there. That was our
quarterback. Um he was the AC Press
player of the year. Um he was
Cedar Creek's all-time leader in in
interceptions. He had 13. He broke a
school record. Um but he played
incredible all year on both sides of the
ball. Um I've said it. Um I think that
his playoff run was the most historic
playoff run you're going to see in in a
very long time. So it was it was great
to have him. Nasimir Dumbar, um who was
Cedar Creek's alltime league rusher. Um
so he he
He broke every single uh Cedar Creek
rushing record that there is sign season
three career. It doesn't matter what it
is. Both of them will be going to school
for three next year on division one
scholarships. Junior's going to Stony
Brook. Amir is going to University of
Maine. So those are two
starting guard. Zach has over a 100% GPA
in school. So he's going to have his
picking of where he wants to go to
school and and do what he wants to do.
But he had an unbelievable career. Jason
Mansfield right here. He was a freshman
who actually started in the state
championship game this past year as
fullback for us. Um, so he has a great
career ahead of us and Elias Black right
here started all 14 games for us. Was
actually the Cape Atlantic League unsung
player of the year. So he's another one
who has a couple division one
scholarships on hand. Um, and I'm I'm
excited about them for the future. But
yeah, there's so many kids obviously I
could talk about. I'm not going to take
up too much time right now.
I I again I'm so grateful um for
everything that this school has given
me, for everything that this town has
given me, and I can't thank you guys
enough, and I can't thank everyone here
enough. Thank you guys.

uh unfortunately we our exterior coaches

work hard all year long. They start all
the way back in July and they are there
every day bringing great energy,
bringing great enthusiasm, representing
the best of Cedar Creek. Um, and I'm so
glad that you were able to make it out
tonight to to be a part of this moment
and uh then to be able to share in the
experience was great. And um, just on
behalf of Cedar Creek, I want to say
thank you to Mayor J. Petty, to the city
committee for all your support,
everything you've done for us over the
years. Uh, Chief Alvin, thank you for
everything you've done for us over the
years. Um, this was a really special
year, but without the support of the
community, uh, it just it doesn't feel
the same. So, that's one of the things
that makes Cedar Creek so special is
that, uh, we all feel like we're a part
of this journey together. So, I do want
to we did have our we have our our
Philly AB thing that we do here and we
just got lucky today that we were able
to tie our newest Philly AB here into
uh, this special event for tonight. So,
I want to feed that to Mayor Dean Patty.
She's she's our biggest supporter, our
biggest fan. Um, and and as it all came
together, our newest Billy app shirt is
dedicated to our
hopefully didn't get wet. I don't know.

Okay, we're going to number seven. It's
a public meeting, a public information
session. Atlantic County Department of
Regional Planning and Development and
they will present on the upcoming
federally funded Philadelphia Avenue
talking about Philly AB uh roadway
improvement project.
And that's if this major major
work
we can move it

um with me today I have John Mio he's a
sisters county engineer and he oversees
our highway
Um today we're going to be going over
Philadelphia Avenue which is a fally
funded project
stated uh part of the process with the
fally funded projects is we have to um
take care of the NEO process which is
the national environmental protection
act and that includes
public information and uh getting
comments from the public. So I will turn
this over to John since he is much more
than I am.

Special thanks to those large hands.
This is also on our website. Um and I
have some handouts back there. After
this meeting, we'll have a 15day public
content meeting. We can send any
comments to them and we look up the
cards too. But as Sto said, the project
is federally funded. These will be
allowed here as well. It's the same
plans that are on the list.
We are leaning on County Route 563. It's
also known as as a barber green bank
road originally from White Horse Pike,
US Route 30 to just west of the lake
pretty much right in the middle of the
entrance. There are other projects,
two other projects out there. There's
one that's going to be replaced the
bridge and the dam there at the lake and
also doing that portion of road
separatist and also the city has been um
designed for a bike project which we're
trying to accommodate to the maximum set
um within the business district. Uh we
are it's a concrete road under there
originally from loop 30 in Ham Street
show. So that portion we're just going
to build to pave through the surface
course. We're also going to upgrade all
the handicap ramps that don't comply any
longer. Um from Liverpool out to the
lake we're going to redesign the road
profile cross section it improve it.
replace the the base of the surface
force.
The signal at Mos Mills
Mill is
probably about 80 years old. It's a span
wire. So, we're actually replace that
with a
shr. You still have to get it through
with environmental pro. We likely will
happen. We're replace it with a standard
signal. We'll run through the turning
radiuses because we noticed there's a
lot of buses cut behind the poles and
whatnot. I assume with buses so
improve that as much as we can. Um
that's our intention as far as
accommodating the bike lanes. Uh right
now the particularly when you get east
of Mosill I haven't measured my myself
but typically your lanes are usually 12
ft wide been told that they're like
anywhere from 13 to 14t wide stripes one
line or want to put back 11t travel
lanes it's a little bit more traffic and
the minimum paving width is 30 ft so
you'll have a excuse me have a 4ft
shoulder out there. Where there's curb,
we're going to kick some of that back.
Don't put the curve at the intersection.
We're going to put in a 5ft
shoulder
to accommodate the bike lane project.
And then most of the driveways, they're
going to usually there's an inch and a
half lift. We're going to put those
flush.
The bike lane project does come through
successfully. They're going to widen the
road a little bit, but at the actual
driveways, we want paving, solid
pavement because they're proposing
coarse pavement,
which is something a little different.
So, that's pretty much it. Uh, we will
be replacing any drainage within the
town that's corrugated metal. Um, per
pieces, we'll be bringing them up to
standards. Typically we limit it to a 2
inch opening to keep pottles like that
from going into the system
about it. We have we set up preliminary
plans here. Uh the detour plan's not
final.
I haven't even looked at that. I
honestly haven't looked at this too
much. I've been directing them too long.
Uh we do just so you know we do design
in house our runaways for now. So a lot
and our designer for this is our head
designer actually lived in a harbor
city. The one that's actually been under
him lives in Maze Landing. So you know
we all you know our children go to the
schools around here. We use the lake. of
we try to take put a personal touch to
it as much as we can what allowed to do
under federal money but is programmed
for
$3 million now that was programmed years
ago.
So just so you know kind of the range of
the project and that includes inspection
as well. So, so when we get into
something like that, we try to grab
government money as much as we can. We
get probably two to three million a year
federal funds. Probably
six million state
all design
20 years is mostly in housing in the SE
world. So, we're proud of that.
>> John, what's the timeline?
>> The timeline is um
we'll probably get final. We got to go
through our CD. So, part of that's this
meeting. Uh we are could go through the
whole time. Cut to the chase. We'll
probably look at it spring 2027
realistically.
>> Um if everything fell in place, it would
be fall 2026. It's fiscal year 2026
money, but there's
the whole process of that
get the money approved.
>> So, the last time we met with you guys,
you had said the bridge would be started
fall, correct?
>> So, that's not going to happen now.
>> Okay.
>> We did get our uh finance approvals.
>> Yes. Okay.
>> Finally.
>> Several years.
>> We feel your pain. Trust me. What are we
going on? Nine years for the bike path,
Jody. I mean I think it's eight.

>> with that uh we do now we're cleaning up
the plants and we still have to submit
it to BMC
spillway which allows you guys to drain
the lower lake without drain.
Not sure how long that process is
>> because dam safety kind of prioritizes
class one dance. This is a class two
dam. So I'm not sure what that's going
to entail.

>> One project doesn't affect the other.
The road versus the bridge. No. It could
happen at the same time.
>> Yeah. And the bridge project will be
stage construction. So we'll actually
have temporary traffic signals for
alternating the track.
>> But the road project does have to happen
before the bike lane project.
>> And on the bridge you're going to do a a
light a temporary light.
>> Yeah. Right. For travel.
>> I have a question for John. Go ahead.
>> From the pipe to pan because that's our
business district. Was there any um
thought on the county side for paving it
at night or
>> There has been thought of that.
>> Um
that certainly makes sense.
>> Yeah.
>> And that was actually brought up uh
recently. Usually a traffic control is
the last thing, but I mean
I'd like to hear from you guys is I mean
would you rather it be done at night?
>> Yes,
>> I would think so.
>> Yeah, I I would think so. Um, even
though there's a good amount of
residential, you know, above the stores,
I think to to minimize the the the
impact to the businesses, I think doing
it at night is probably the least that
section.
>> Yeah. At least that section. The rest of
it I'm not too concerned about.
>> Just business interruptions, but
>> Oh, yeah.
The school back and forth to school.
>> So,
>> well, actually, Chief, I have a plan for
you. We're going to do a couple cores in
town coming up. I don't know if you've
got wind that we tried to do it mid
block as far away from pike as possible.
We just want to find out how thick the
asphalt is on top of it concrete
>> because it's a different type of milling
operation. Use different type of teeth.
that should be happening at the next
level
or subcontract.
>> Going back to timeline, how long is this
whole project?
I know it's but any rough timeline.
>> I haven't looked at the schedule, but I
it's probably going to be back in Vegas.
biggest the biggest issue is probably
going to be doing the traffic signal.
So
I'd say at least 90 I mean
I don't want to say 100
but that would be the worst case
scenario.
>> That would be two weeks or so.
>> Yeah.
>> Two weeks. Yeah. They would do
>> Yeah.
Usually there's a pause. They do
the base course. So, so the part that
we're refer
to see if they don't want to prop the
post grades kind of delay. So, yeah,
probably two to three weeks.
They got to come back and do signs for
these things.
>> When will you know for sure if it's
going to be late 26 or early 27?
>> Likely September. I mean that's when we
get authorized. So you know we got to go
through preliminary
design review which would probably be in
June and then our final would probably
be submitted July August and then we get
authorized. We actually have to get the
inspectors picked and authorized
beforehand too.
>> Isn't it better to do it in the spring?
>> It would be that's usually how it
happens. Sometimes we'll
that's how it's been happening. I I
would say for the last eight years in
the past we must again like drainage and
things like that.

>> Yeah. Um do you have any special um
pedestrian safety features built in? I
know we've had people come here that say
it's very difficult to get across the
street on Philadelphia Avenue in front
of the Rittenberg building which is
mostly senior citizens and I had
suggested way back when that maybe we
could have like a flashing light there
>> campus that would be great uh we haven't
talked about that

changing any elevations like worry about
our apron at the firehouse having a
bigger coming out there. Pretty cool as

And uh the process
to how she selected the contractors for
awarding the towing company
or recommending
>> uh
people there from tele
are there people here
and Yes.
>> So the process for me is fairly simple.
Um based on we get applications. We have
to applications. They are um obtained by
anybody who wants to become a tow vendor
from the clerk's office. They fill them
out. the clerk gets them um and with any
supporting documents and they then
forward them to me. Uh I think the first
one that I got I got on January 16th and
they had until February 5th uh to hand
them in. It says a I'm supposed to get a
reasonable amount of time to do a
background investigation. I don't know
five days is reasonable but we did our
best. Um so what we wind up doing is we
look through the documentations uh
documentation that we get and we also
take a look at uh some of the physical
plant issues and check the registrations
go through the driver's license and look
up some of the history stuff applicants
and the drivers that they put through at
the the vehicles that they put through
and we go ahead and take a look at we
review insurance documents that they've
provided. Um, what we do, similar to our
police applications, if we find a
disqualifier, we stop looking any
further. Um, I'm not going to waste my
time looking anything else. What I did
is anything that we found, if there was
a disqualifier, I put them to the side.
The two applications that I recommend
that did not have any disqualifiers were
gun rights and American recycling. The
other applications that I did find is
with us
in theor
and or issues with the applications
themselves with incomplete or inaccurate
information. So that's basically where
we're at. So you each have the
information that I provided you with the
issues that I had with those that I did
not recommend for the review. Ultimately
it is up to the council to make a
decision based on the recommendations or
not. So there you have that.

So we have a mentor that
she told 30 years never had a problem
with
got uh so forth and never had to provide
my insurance up to date I don't know
what exactly
background checks are different from
last year nothing nothing
housekeeping for
procedures.
I should have asked to uh clarify any of
the problems
of 70,
but I'm here because it's a little bit
unethical to bring this up. He's never
had an inspection
30 years like all crew stamped and
sealed
and it just seems like it's the wrong
way to do business. I'm a taxpayer in
town. Well, I was a taxpayer until
October 17th. So, my business is like
you want businesses to come day. Why
would anybody want to come here when you
folks people with taxpayers away? So
this is really for a town that wants
people to come in and spend money here.
You're telling other applicants are here
in town. That's not opening it up to the
rest of the world.
I don't have a criminal record. I didn't
anybody or be anybody. I'm not a white
leader. So
reason from the council or anybody
reason why it's uh everybody has to be
disqualified.
But she's the chief said she was uh
pressed for time. She called
my insurance company which is somebody
else qualified
or a name or a wording. I think that's
the reason thin
with me. I didn't back over anybody. He
didn't do any advantage. So it's kind of
the housekeeping rules here are a little
bit upside down.
So the town to take consideration to see
what criteria or other towers were
qualified. You know I have the biggest
yard.
It's all lighted. It's all secured. The
standards
like to know why I was disqualified.
Mr. One sec, Mr. Attorney, would that be
something we could discuss here right
now?
>> I think after um after the award is made
in council on it, um all the submissions
and the recommendations would be subject
to requests. So, you'd be entitled to
that, but afterward.
>> So, you're saying that's not something
we should discuss right now?
>> So, what are you saying? We What are you
saying? We can't discuss
>> saying that the the the
chief has provided you with her
recommendations based on the background
uh investigation and the uh detailed
submissions that was by everyone that's
a development document will be subject
disclosure after an award is made that
will be subject to disclosure if there's
a challenge by any of the uh applicants
that don't believe that the conclusions
in the recommendations were the
conclusions of the background check were
correct that applicant would have right
to file an action
report to state the award and and have a
further
that would generally the process

somewhere

um the entire
town contract none of the time contract
passes
>> right Then um it would have to be rebid
but that would be an action by council
and there would be no deliberation on
this so it would be subject to
disclosure over

Specifically, it says that the garage
liability and garage and dealers
liability insurance expired on 11
October 11, 2025 is Mr. Sun, Councilman
S. I think the point is it's a it's a
liability issue on on our front. So um
we receive a recommendation from the
chief and c certain things are um you
don't want to give advantages or
anything before the selection says if
there's something we want to discuss
maybe we can take a brief uh executive
session to review it but but I don't
think that's
you agree that's not something we should
discuss for the

insurance
that
my insurance is required
to extend a phone contract. Why wouldn't
the city if that's a clerical error?
That's no reason to throw somebody off
the city.
So, uh, I don't know why the city wanted
me to tell my insurance was she called
up her head
for me and said back to the highway, but
my insurance was expired. Why don't you
give me a ticket? I mean, my my parts
are good, my I have a bond and
everything else. So, this is this is
this is a little bit unethical for
business management. thrown

I don't want to I can't sue. I'm not I'm
not a sewer suing person. I just want a
fair shake
been here for 30 40 years
for an insurance quote. Don't make any
mistake in the office.
I know she the chief bought today. She
called the insurance company just
checking
you know we pay heavy insurance
having
nobody
operation
and how they had insurance from somebody
it's just ask
good way

Waw Wa McDonald's, the businesses are
all right there. Um cuz there is going
to be some basically some drainage and
stuff that's going to have to be done
where far as with public works there's
going to lot be a lot more drainage has
to be done because there's nothing over
there where at Lincoln Park we have the
uh the uh parking lot so we could
probably tie into that. Everything is
funded through their organization. No
money out of the city. They basically
take care of their own. Um, of course,
no, like no other like a playground or
anything. Public works would have to
pick up the trash can and empty the
trash. Um,

they unanimously elected Amy Kramer to
serve as president. Meetings will be
held bimonthly at 6 p.m. on the first
Monday of the month, and the next
meeting is April 6th. uh and every other
month thereafter. Um there's additional
seats on the board that can be filled.
So if anybody's interested in uh serving
on the board, let me know. Uh we have um
core training which is a requirement
coming up in March. Uh it's a mini
course online uh kind of learn it learn
as you go and a couple mandatory uh
zooms and then it'll be offered again at
the Sha Tree Federation conference in
October which is going to be in Cherry
Hill.
Uh as far as sustainable Cape Arbor City
uh we decided to hold our annual Arbor
Day celebration a week earlier to
encourage more participation from
vendors. It's really difficult to get
vendors to come out that weekend because
it's Earth Day weekend and everybody's
gearing up for that big event over at
the ACUA. Um, so our Arbor Day
celebration will be 3 to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, April 17th at Peace Pilgrim
Park. Uh, Jerry's going to be doing a um
tree planting demonstration and we'll
have a tree giveaway. And hopefully,

anything like that in a long time.

City Times, which is a subscription
requirement to be able to access that.
Um so I don't know if that absolutely
meets the requirements. Uh and there's
other parents that were concerned about
the requirements being met because they
actually do not have access to those
times um to be able to know when the
board meetings are happening. Can't they
post on their website starting March
March?

you. We'll start with the numbers from
January 22nd through today. We had one
report
vehicle accident stops 56
19 arrest
19 business alarms one residential alarm
crime prevention activities 39 34 DMS
incidents firearms ID application 10
follows 400 tests 24 facilities of false
a few notable things that happened Um,
you know, our officers are out and about
and we do get stuff at the station
sometimes, you know, paperwork. We had a
lot of administrative stuff to do we do,
but you know, we do patrol and we look
for stuff. And so on Saturday, January
24th around 11:30, Sergeant Lini um
apprehended a suspect during a
commercial burglary in progress at one
of the car dealerships on the White
Horse Pike located at 1019.
Um he was doing confusion patrol and he
observed an individual who was
systematically attempting to open doors
of multiple vehicles parked at the
dealership. When the other officers came
around, they conducted a search of the
premises and located a male suspect
hiding inside of the rear cab of a uh
Dodge Ram that was listed. The suspect
was taken into custody and he had 18
sets of key fobs on him. They looked at
the uh the building and he found that he
had broken into the dealership and
stolen this. He was charged Keith
Bennett was charged with two counts
burglaries, criminal trespassing,
possession of burglary pools um and
those key fobs. So So the implications
of that are pretty are pretty big. So
those 18 key fobs, we would have planned
to sell this. We would have had eight
stolen motor vehicles. um which would
have been a nightmare, but it's not for
our officers who, you know, patrol
around and and so you know um so that's
pretty good thing. Additionally, he was
found of act warrant out of Pennsylvania
for failure to register a sex offender.
So
it gets worse as it goes.
So he's currently being held uh having
further vehicle uh proceed. So few weeks
ago as well on the 21st January uh I was
not very happy to report that we had a
shooting on Cincinnati Avenue.
Fortunately there was no one hit no
property. Best case scenario better case
scenario on February 6 after
investigation into that shooting uh our
police department this prosecutor's
office of the county SWAT team. We
executed three fourth authorized search
warrants and one fourth authorized
vehicle search uh on that morning. As a
result of those sort of for 19
and he's charged with the following two
counts unlated weapons possession of a
weapons for unlawful purposes certain
person not to possess a weapon. One
count each as aggravated assault
aggravated assault weapon and conspiracy
to commit aggravated assault remitted at
the time justice facility and further
court proceedings. Additionally, Gail
Hart also cover stayed in custody on
unrelated outstanding warrants and we
substantive release. Uh we were assisted
uh in the investigation by the community
prosecutor's office and during the whole
operation on that date we were took by
the prosecutor's office, the New Jersey
State Police and the Atlantic City
Police Department sponsor. Um I have to
say that I was super proud of our guys.
Uh Detective Rosenberg and Captain
Herman spearheaded this investigation
and did a lot of work finding out who
did this. Um there were a lot of moving
farts on that morning. Um executing two
search warrants simultaneously. One of
the subjects was not where the child was
going to be. So we had to write for
another search warrant for a third
location. We got that done within an
hour and a half. We're able to hit that
door and everybody got in and out
safely. Um and so they did an amazing
amazing job. So I I I'm really really
proud of the guys. They're doing a lot
of great work to make sure that we keep
the city safe. So, I just have to really
see our purpose. I'm very proud of them.
They do great work. Um, and you know,
even though we're a small part, we are
pretty

through them yesterday with Jody's help

really good except um in our opinion and
we used a score sheet in this in this

Augustino to meet with us when we do
have the presentation of speech and
discussions and he's you know just down
the street uh so he can come and talk to
us about it. The preferred location was
like a 3,000 foot facility, but it would
need Pinelands and D approvals. Um, we
would be asking whomever is the U city
partner in this to pay for the uh pay
for those kinds of um approvals through
escrow. We'd also be asking the partner
entity to uh to provide money for
certified standard design from the
landscape architect and an engineer. Uh
the committee did discuss skater own
risk. Uh the committee agreed that
skated your own risk and a voluntary
wave on the website. Um we talked about
donations to the city and council for
construction. I tried to advise everyone
that gets a little dicey sometimes. Uh
but there could be some things that the
partner entity could do. Um we talk
about a 501c3 like the crusaders. Uh
safety inspections and the condition of
the course of the of the skatepark would
be performed by the city or certified
vendor.
And um we also had a few items for the
council to consider. So the decision of
of the location is the principal. Then
the escrow money for the investigation
survey permitting uh the insurance
clearance. We would need to have our
insurance um broker to give us the
insurance clearance and then maintenance
and inspection requirements. That's the
big a few things on the Lincoln Park
that we discussed that were in my notes
but not in the minutes is that we did
discuss kid access crossing the life. to
get a little bit of a situation.
>> Um, the other thing that I didn't
discuss at the meeting, but I put down
what I was proposing in these notes was
that we just applied for Lincoln Park to
clean it up as a brownfield site, right?
So, anything that's built there could
potentially be cleaned up. Um, because
it is a what was it called?
Gasification.
>> Coalification. And so we have applied
for a half million dollar investigation
grant that would give us potentially $4
million per year to clean up these
brownfield sites. So it gets a little
bit um difficult where we just
highlighted Lincoln Park as a cleanup
location because we do need to clean
that up um with other people's money,
but it'd be difficult for us to put a
skate park there and then have to
rebuild that, right? So
>> you still have to go through Pinelands
anyway. Mhm.
>> Um I think the location behind WPW works
better for the kids to access because
it's right down the street from from
Kreck.
>> So if they get to Kre, they have to
cross near street, but they can get to
the other site. So that's something. And
then adding impervious surface to any
location, we still have to go through
well not we, I say we, Ryan has to go to
Pinelands and deal with all their
nonsense. So So there there are pros and
cons. There's quite a few cons at
Lincoln, even though it's a highlighted
spot. I mean, I agreed with with Mason
and the others that were here,

that is impacted by contamination. So
the activities of what you could do

part of the elability

Um, and so we're not only removed a lot
of dead and diseased trees, but we're
also elevating our trees and getting rid
of um a lot of dead wood that was in our
trees. To go back to what Rick said
about the storm, the storm was extremely
challenging for all of us. I know it was
challenging for a lot of people,
especially the 28 phone calls I got
where I blocked their driveway and I
counted all those phone calls. I tried
to return them as as soon as I could,
but it was probably easier for us to
just go out there and see if we could
help, but unfortunately we were breaking
parts on plows because we could not move
the ice. So,
>> um, so in the last two weeks, we used
about 150 ton of salt. We have 90 left
in the shed. Um, and hopefully we don't
have to use it. We can store it for next
year. Um, to go to Joe's point, we have
had some great discussions
at the redevelopment committee meeting
and we do have a major home builder
discussions coming up in a couple of
weeks or maybe a week in a week. So,
things are really moving along. Even
when we get knocked down or knocked back
a little bit, we still are able to move
forward. So things are pushing as we
need to. And thank you Kim for what you
said. I appreciate that. Um we're just
doing our job. That's really what we're
doing.

uh was one of the reasons why I swore

And it is a difficult time. It's

worked um 17 hours straight and and it's
very difficult. We slept for a few hours
and we were back at it. And coming back
to a frozen tundra is very unusual for
us. We typically have at least 30 28 30°
salt wouldn't work. Uh our plows just
weren't going to move anything. It was
it was and and I mean it's been two and
a half weeks still out there. So it's
pretty rough.

pickaxe trying to survey ground forever.
>> I actually met with our survey crew and
walked the whole site for almost an hour

about the the horizontal configuration
is the most important. We just need to
be able to get between the trees
everywhere. Um it's all dirt. So if
we're plus or minus couple inches is not
going to make things. Um so that's
progressing. Even while we're doing
that, we're already doing the design.
Jared called earlier today had a big
call because we're trying to figure out
demand calcs and size of the pump
station so we can keep everything moving
even without the

that as quickly as we can. Um, Northern
Valley Division got uh we got
conditional approval at the February 4th
meeting um at the county planning board.
Um the conditional approval required a
couple things to the solicitor's office.
I know they're working on putting them
together. They ask for a deed
restriction out onto Deer Street. A
couple we have tiny things. Um so we got
to get those flushed out and approved by
the county and then we'll circulate the
plan for signature. Once everybody
signs, we can file it and basically list
the problems. Um the IBank project, I
think I mentioned before we got
comments. Uh so we're working on
addressing them. We'll be trying to turn
that project into a bid package to get
that out. That'll be two a little more
than $2 million worth of construction.
Um along with Beethoven Street primarily
some work on Arville. So that'll be a
big big move for the city. Um other than
that, Kreck, we started with the finance
permit get that submitted as well. And
then
uh we are at the landing board meeting
next week. We will be um making a
recommendation based off discussion had
with the public development committee.
Um we're recommending removing the 1000
food separation between fast food
restaurants that's currently contained
in city's ordinance. Um I think when
that was added to the ordinance um very
different time fast food restaurants
operated and looked a lot different than
they do now. Uh so there's much less of
a concern about how to handle traffic
load eqing and things like that. Uh so
I'll be making that presentation lenders
board. Hopefully we'll be back here uh
next city council meeting uh for
accepting the board's recommendation. So
