thank you Mr President uh really nothing
much to report here I did want to ask U
the Senate if there was any supp little
communication about the courts situation
uh is there any other update for that uh
nothing definitive uh what I can tell
you is few towns got called
by uh the administrative office of the
courts and were advised that certain
decisions weren't going to be made uh
until
a decision could be made on the state
police issue with the state police
ticket interestingly I did not get that
call not sure why um but I did hear that
news I have been back and forth with Mr

some correspondence we believe he's
going to submit to the court and to the

this
decision

that I attended the new director Mr

well he's um formerly with the Atlantic
City Board of Education and uh he's also
been able to get a lot of new working on
new programs to bring in some things I
guess that work well where he was
formerly um as well as still some uh
Staffing shortages that they've been
going through over the past year so
things are looking good over there to uh
increase the uh usage of the
library that's all I
had I think the any updates on the ad
hwks I do not have any on

nothing and we have nothing further on
the those properties right the two are
still being reviewed
by habitat and the other
still
Sur surveys
okay uh new grants uh
okay
the next item is the best practices
we this inventory is done every year all
the different categories that the state
requires us to re do a
self-review um ethics Personnel our
budget Financial Administration capital
projects transparency
procurement many categories cyber
security lead remediation shared
services special Improvement districts
solid waste recycling utilities and
environment so out of all those
categories a lot of some don't even
apply to us uh you need to and and the
reason for this is to meet a certain
score so that you get full State a um if
you get you need a score of 29 which
Northfield uh we were at 38.5 we came
down a little bit there's a one item on
there it's actually on our at Hawks that
I need to we need to get caught up the
electronic the the
EV report or EV ordinance that we need
to finish um with the and get that into
our master
plan so that'll help us for next year
and then everyone got a copy of this if
you can look through and see if there's
any items you think we might be able to
improve our scores just to make sure we
don't
fall
below the 29 Points and make sure we get
full State eight every
year and that's all I
have all right we'll move on if everyone
can

attorney client privilege uh Council
will keep minutes of this executive

permitted by law at this time the time
frame for that is unknown it's my
understanding that Council will stay in
council chambers for this um EX session
