thank good afternoon this is a special
meeting of Northfield city council
September 5th of
2023 this meeting has been properly
advertised in accordance with public law
1971 chapter 235 oh my gosh chapter
Public Law 1975 chapter 231 in the Press
of Atlantic City on September 2nd of
this year may have a flag salute led by
mayor
CH I pledge allegiance to the flag of
the United States of America and to the
Republic for which it stands one nation
under God indivisible liberty and

session anyone from the public wishing
to S on any topic we ask you step

minute limit per speaker uh if there's
anyone in Zoom please raise your hand no

Zoom seeing no one public session is now

uh do in consent if you just want to do
them one at a time it's quite quicker

okay um well the two resolutions we
have engineer uh to appoint a special
engineer for the grant process and uh
giving them an extra week of time
basically to begin the application
process with the USDA they weren't
they're not permitted to start doing any
work even if even if we mark on a
t um so with that said uh we have a mo

for the adoption of resolution 161 of
2023 thank and resolution 12 162 is the
actual one where we
um are going to pay the $8,000 we'll be
committing to $8,000 but um with the
belief that we should be able to get
this Grant and uh additional grants on
top of that
so I'll do it I'd like to make the
necessary motion to adopt resolution
