first woman mayor Judy Ward. I had a
incident on one of the streets. I was
here on March 16
and I had my car pole and I went through
all the steps that I needed to go
through and I'm trying to figure out how
I can get it right.
stated that there's young
respons
and I'm trying to figure out why and I
took pictures. I told the policeman on
the second one that happened and he was
supposed to put cones in the area where
I had my dad. That never happened. I
took pictures from the second to the
16th when I came here. Supposedly y'all
fixed it on the 19th, but Ireland Avenue
on the back end is like a minefield.
It's really messed up. And uh my
accident happened to be 7:00 at night.
So there was no way for me to see the
holes.
And uh I'm just trying to get remedy for
this situation.

for me to get I needed to get

law is under the tors as a
father or something. He somehow he
notified them. They made that
determination.

months ago and uh city administrator
um said that he was going to call me and
talk to me about it. Well, it's been 60
days and I haven't gotten a telephone
call. Um I've also left messages. Um got
no report from anyone. Um,
I I I'd like to one more question I'd
like to ask you is who made the decision
to put the chain?
>> Who's responsible for putting that
chain?
>> Well, since our business um
administrator isn't here, so we can't we
can't answer that.
>> So, okay. So, you can't and he will not
respond to me and won't give me any
answers. So, I mean,
I don't understand and I I I grew up
here. I I'm 66 years old and I've never
in my lifetime
seen that grant close ever except when
except when the Green Acres money came
in and they, you know, grant and also
the federal government gave the city a
grant to revitalize that area. That's
the only time that's ever been been
closed. And
I don't understand how from a safety
aspect how that could be changed closed
because in an every second counts,
right? So, somebody gets down there and
it's an emergency. Someone some kid who
could be in the in the marina or outside
of the marina or anyone could be hurt
drowning and every second counts. It
only takes seconds to drown and every
second is very important. No.
>> And also the other point I have, it's
disenfranchising
the residents of Pleasantville as far as
them not being able to use that for
their kids. And there's many families
that come down there and use their
boats. Jet ski out of there. It's the
one of the top wind surfing destinations
in the country. And if there's an
emergency down there,
you know, it's is it's going to turn
into something bad. So, I I just I'm
just asking you guys may maybe just open
it from May to September and let and let
the clammers, the crabmers, the
fisherman, commercial, you know, and
recreational.
Let us use the ramp. It's it's the best
ramps in Atlanta County and it's closed.
I mean,

that. He asked Miss Ali when I was here
last time and she had my and he said he
would reach out to her and I haven't
heard anything from him for 60 days.
I've waited to hear. I mean, I'm not
here at the Grand Stand or anything like

by Randles and if I have to get my boat
out in emergency, if there's a storm
coming, I have to go to Atlantic City to
get my boat
and it's just it just to me it I just
don't understand why why it's changed.
Well, I understand that the state the
issue which I'll have the business call
you tomorrow discuss it saying that you
he's saying that call me and and the
state spent millions of dollars to
dredge that bank.

the pilings and all and that will be

uh Mayor Peterson's name referenced
earlier. He was my first friend in
Pleasantville in the 1990s. And it's
always good to come back and visit. Uh
sir, you're my friend.

remember going back to that day, but I
believe it. My memory is fading as I
age, but I'm here today. I represent
score 420, which was given a cannabis
manufacturing license from the governing
body for location on Camry Avenue. To my
left is a gentleman by the name of Mr.
Keegan Clear uh who is going to be
buying uh initially 49% of interest of
the shares of a company and ultimately
majority position of a company. Um we
are in the midst I'm working with his
attorneys uh to do the paperwork for the
transaction. Uh we are also will be
coming back to the governing body uh
after council reviews the documents
approval that ultimately if the
governing body approves go to the CRC uh
the cannabis um commission. Um Mr. Clear
happened to be in he's from Oklahoma but
he's happened to be in town this week. I
knew he was going to be in town. So, I
thought it would be nice and I want to
thank permission of the administrator uh
to uh just introduce him to spend a put
a face out of respect for the governing
body before the paperwork starts going
back and forth. We're not really this is
not really a formal presentation. I
would just consider more a little bit of
a hello introduction. So, with your
permission, Mr. Clear is going to say a
little bit about himself.

Um,
I am originally from Nashville,
Tennessee. Uh, I reside in Tulsa. Now,
I've been in cannabis cultivation and
processing retail in Tulsa since 2021.
Uh, currently have three active licenses
with a fourth on the way. Um, in very
good standing with both regulatory
bodies we have there. Um, never had a
violation. uh grown from just a few
member teams to about 50 or 60
employees. Uh I'm very proud of uh that
fact and and people
working their way up and and improving
their lives in inside of my
organization. Uh
just planning on coming into New Jersey
and doing the same thing we did no
longer working hard and having
uh company. It's definitely a different
place. I know New Jersey is not
Oklahoma. I don't expect it to be the
exact same. I've lived all over the
country. Lived in Michigan. I've lived
in area. Um so just looking forward to
an exciting new uh competitive
challenge. New Jersey is a very hot
market. We just recently entered in New
York as well. So
>> yeah, that's that's me. The only other
thing I want to add is that when any any
uh commitments that were made by score
420 will be abided by this is a this is
not a sale of the business but sale of
the stocks and steps in shoes.
>> Uh and I am sure not involved in those
uh documents. I was involved years ago
with another project and I'm sure part
of it was commitment to hire local to
the extent that's allowed by law
starting with Pleasantville first and
then uh Atlanta County and then South
Jersey. that was part of the commitment
as well as job training programs, job
fairs, things of that nature. Um, and
we'll work through all that with your
council. But as because he was in town,
I would take up take the advantage just
to say hello out of respect for the
governing body and mayor and members of
council. So that's why

first um manufacturer in business?
>> Absolutely not.

>> Currently one active uh manufacturing
license in Oklahoma with the second one
coming online. It's actually the the
biggest meat of my business. Uh probably
30 or 40 of those uh 50 or 60 employees
and the vast majority of our revenue
comes in that. Uh currently we
manufacture over 170,000 units of a
carts have in Oklahoma as well as
pre-rolls
uh repackaging concentrates and um and
edibles as well. Uh we don't manufacture
edibles but we we we use a wide label
cacker and and
Uh definitely not my first in that

>> uh deep cultivation experience. That was
the first license in Oklahoma. Uh
operated about 17,000 square feet of
10,000 ft of canopy about 20 employees
there producing around 300 lbs
consistent every month without failing
tests. Proud of the fact that it all
goes to dispensaries. It doesn't go
nebulous little burn licenses and stuff
like that. very well regarded as
consistent, high quality and clean uh on
the cultivation. That's really my first
passion in cannabis uh is cultivation.

are in very good standing. I work with
the head of the regul regulatory body in
Oklahoma very closely. She and I are
we're you know we behave ourselves and
we do a very good job. But if you guys

the war family on behalf of uh Sergeant
Richard Moore who was uh born and raised
in the city of Pleasantville and came on
our police department. But one of the
biggest things that uh Sergeant Moore
did was he volunteered for our DARE
prison. one of our first DARE offices
that uh he volunteered for. Then he
became our director of PAL that we had
at that time when uh when we was on and
I can tell you Sergeant Moore spent a
lot of time without getting paid work in
those programs and I volunteered back
then. So I would have he is a friend or
was a friend of mine. I want to commend
him. I know the family is definitely
from Chief Moore's father being my chief
and also his brother Delmar was my
partner as a detective and uh he was
killed in a motorcycle accident for but
Richard definitely definitely uh spent a
lot of his time volunteering within the
police department to work with in our
community especially with basketball in
the PAL center and up there I have to
say that thank you
